In 1996 after a successful career in broadcasting, Denise, CEO & Founder of Entertainers & Athletes Group (EAG), noticed a gap between the roles of player agents and front offices when it came to career management for pro athletes. In the NFL, where teams at times field 80 players and agencies sign even more, rookies and veterans alike often fall through the cracks. Denise used vision and determination to open an office where players could find individually tailored career assistance and development. Today, EAG provides the highest quality service for athletes seeking marketing, PR, event planning, Branding & Crisis Management. Denise was recently featured in a Men’s Journal article as the “Woman who bails out the NFL’s bad boys“. From this Journal, Hollywood came knocking and Fox2000 bought Denise’s life rights and now are producing a film about her starring Jennifer Aniston, debuting in 2019.

From a very young age, I knew I wanted to be an Esthetician. Having suffered years of painful acne, I understand what it’s like to struggle through challenges with your skin. I know what it’s like to feel embarrassed, frustrated and lack confidence. I became an esthetician because I never wanted anyone else to feel the way I did. This strong desire to help people has been my driving force to learning everything there is to know about the skin and how it functions. This incredible journey has allowed me to foster a safe path helping tens of thousands of people look and feel amazing in their own skin. I am thrilled to be able to share my love and commitment of health and well-being. My strong belief in holistic practices led me to develop VIE by SHANTI – a clinically proven, natural skincare line using organic and raw ingredients. viebyshanti.com and ShantisStudio.com.

Thank you so very much for allowing myself along with Sabrina to be at the Beauty Vendor event on Saturday last weekend! It was such a great opportunity and hit for us. It was the best we have ever done. I am so greatful and would love to attend next years event if at all possible. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. With your help and allowing myself and Sabrina to have the great opportunity to be there and more to come. You are such an inspiration to me. Thank you.
I have attended every Beauty Brand Believe Expo. I have learned so much and it benefits many girls. I am excited to finally be a titleholder because I get to be involved, train, and celebrate other women to be #confidentlybeautiful at the Expo.
The Beauty | Brand | Believe Expo was very informative. We enjoyed the Q & A session with the experts, the trunk show, and the opportunity to have private appointments with Lu Sierra and Jorge Esteban. Also with Miss USA 2014 Nia Sanchez there crowning Kelsey Schmidt made for a very exciting event. Having a former USA, top runway model and expert added a touch of glamour to the event at the same time, her message reminded the audience success doesn’t happen overnight unless you are willing to work hard.
The Beauty Brand Believe Expo was a great learning and growing experience for me and my daughter. Not only did this expo help my daughter with her pageant experience but with many life experiences as well. I consider the money spent on the event and travel as an invaluable investment in my daughter.
It was AWESOME! Everything about the Expo was professional and the speakers helped my daughter understand step-by-step guidance for her Pageant. We are looking forward to attending the 2017 Expo again!
Oh my goodness, where do I begin?! As soon as I walked into the beautiful Redmond Marriott Town Center, I was greeted by many familiar faces. It was so wonderful to see some of the girls that I had became life long friends with through the Miss Washington Teen USA pageant that last October. It was also wonderful to meet many amazing women that were at the “BBB Expo” for the same reason as myself… To learn how to be “confidently beautiful” from within.
The expo was an incredibly rare opportunity to not only meet with the top pageant vendors, but also a chance to get advice from a former Miss USA Nia Sanchez. One of the most unique experiences was getting runway coaching from Lu Sierra, who has coached Kendall Jenner! I’d recommend this expo to anyone who is competing in an upcoming pageant and is looking for a competitive edge.
Meeting Miss USA Nia Sanchez was the highlight of my day as well as meeting the other state titleholders. Everyone at the event was so sweet and it was amazing reuniting with people from the Miss Washington USA pageant. Can’t wait for the next one!
Great event. Always look forward to supporting any event of Maureen’s or the girls. Really awesome talent on the panel. Took away some good tips. Excited for the next one! Thanks guys!
The Beauty | Brand | Believe Expo was the networking opportunity that pageant gals dream about! I had such a fun day making new connections and sharing my platform and my passion with businesses and members of the community who could benefit from – and were truly excited about – the helping hand that us hard working local title holders are always willing to lend when asked.
This was the first Beauty | Brand | Believe Expo I was invited to attend. What a great event! I had the opportunity to meet and network with so many wonderful people. The excitement was contagious, everyone was delighted to be there and anxious to learn all they could from the speakers and enjoy time with the vendors. NW Productions is without a doubt a class act. The integrity they show, the work they put in to make sure all the girls are taken care is incredible. I can’t wait to go again next year!
